Anne Arundel County police are investigating a homicide Thursday night in Glen Burnie.
Police identified the victim Friday morning as 20-year-old Tylique Proctor. Court records list his address as Old Riverside Road in Brooklyn Park.
Proctor's death marks the 11th homicide in the county this year...
