A group of good Samaritans rescued a man from the Chesapeake Bay after his sailboat capsized Saturday.
The incident occurred around 4:30 p.m. near the Thomas Point Shoal Lighthouse, at the mouth of the South River, Candus Thomson, a spokeswoman for the Maryland Natural Resources Police.
