The upscale chain restaurant Ruth's Chris Steak House is set to open up its newest location in The Village at Odenton Station on Monday, Sept. 26.
In a statement, the chain said Baltimore Orioles Hall of Famer Rick Dempsey will be there from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. to greet customers and sign autographs.
