The news comes as police continue to search for Andres Rafael Quintana Garcia, 18, who is accused of stabbing the teen and a 10-year-old girl fatally. A vigil for the girl is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. Thursday near where the stabbing occurred in the 6400 block of Roots Drive, Lt. Ryan Frashure said.
