A man's attempt to rob a Glen Burnie gas station Wednesday was thwarted when the store clerk locked himself in an enclosure behind the cash register and refused to turn over any money, police said.
The incident occurred at around 9 p.m. at the Sunoco in the 7900 block of Crain Highway.
