Anne Arundel County police have arrested two men for the carjacking of a taxi driver last month in the Freetown community.
Diondre Bogier, 20, of Pasadena, and David Killey Lewis, 24, of Baltimore, were being held Thursday afternoon at a county detention center, police said.
