U.S. Park Police identified the man who was found dead in Laurel Monday afternoon trapped in a car that was several hundred feet off the Baltimore Washington Parkway and down an embankment, partially submerged in water, said Sgt. Anna Rose, spokeswoman for the U.S. Park Police.
